EXEMPTION FROM CERTAIN REQUIREMENTS OF 10 CFR 50.54(o) AND APPENDIX J, PRIMARY CONTAINMENT LEAK RATE TESTING, AT TROJAN NUCLEAR PLANT In response to your letter of February 16, 1993, the Commission has issued the enclosed exemption from certain requirements of 10 CFR 50.54(o) and 10 CFR 50, Appendix J for Trojan.

This exemption permits you to cease all testing required by 10 CFR 50.54(o) and 10 CFR 50, Appendix J.

An Environmental Assessment and Finding of No Significant ' Impact notice was published in the Federal Reaister on this date (58 FR 19142).

I Based on the staff evaluation contained in the exemption, the Commission has l

granted your exemption request pursuant to 10 CFR Part 50.12. The exemption is being forwarded to the Office of the Federal Register for Publication.
