Enclosed are five copies of the Claiborne Enrichment Center (CEC) Criticality Safety Engineering Report (CSER), revision 3. This revision adds the criticality safety evaluation for the Mobile Pump Cart Sets as noted in my letter to you dated March 15, 1993.
Please note that the CSER will now be revised on a sectional basis instead of re-issuing the entire report. You have been assigned copies #1-#5. Enclosed are five labels stating the CSER is a " Controlled Document" along with the copy number. Please place this label on the inside cover of each of the five copies of the CSER submitted to you by I
