In accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding between our agencies, I request that you review the attached French Certificate of Competent Authority F/348/AF-96, Revision Fq, for the FCC-4 package and make a recommendation concerning our revalidation of the package for import and export use.
To assist you in your review, I am providing a copy of the package design safety report for the FCC-4 package along with other supporting documents that I have received from our applicant, TN Americas LLC, in electronic form on the enclosed ed. TN Americas indicates a need for revalidation to support shipments in the fourth quarter of 2020.
