ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENT NO.11 TO FACILITY OPERf.flNG LICENSE NO. R-79 -UNIVERSITY OF MISSOURI, ROLLA, NUCLEAR REACTOR FACILITY The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 11 to Facility Operating License No. R-79 for the Nuclear Reactor Facility at the University of Missouri, Rolla.
This amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications of the Facility Operating License in response to the University's letter of September 17, 1992. These changes (1) eliminate the position of Reactor Maintenance Engineer, (2) remove a Health Physics monitoring requirement, i
(3) alter the supervisory requirements for unlicensed personnel to operate the i
reactor, and (4) reduce the minimum pool water resistivity requirement.
A copy of the Safety Evaluation Report supporting Amendment No.11 is enclosed.
