Enclosed is Revision 17 to Issue 4 of the Beaver Valley Power Station Physical Security Plan (PSP).
Revision 17 changes include:

Clarification of a conflict between our Base and Training &
Qualification Plans in regard to minimum firearm caliber.
The program remains in compliance with Title 10 and other national standards.
2.
The site
- layout, revised to include temporary Unit 1 Ninth Refueling Outage Trailers.

These changes have been reviewed and judged not to constitute a degradation to the previous commitments in the PSP.
