Enclosed are the latest issues of twelve recently revised Waterford 3 Emergency Plan Implementing Procedures and three changed Waterford 3 Emergency Plan Implementing Procedures. Neither the revised nor the changed procedures decrease the effectiveness of the emergency plan based on a review per 10CFR50.54(q).
This submittal is in accordance with Appendix E of 10CFR50.
