Dear Captain Nichelson:

i This is in response to your letter dated March 17, 1993, informing me of the 1993 Air Force Health Physics Symposium scheduled to be held in San Antonio, Texas, on May 25-27, 1993.

Although I will not be available to attend the symposium in its entirety, at your request I can be available to present a shcrt presentation on a topic you deem appropriate. May I suggest a brief overview of current NRC regulatory issues and policies and how they relate to the USAF Master Materials License.

Perhaps some discussion of the NRC's recent Quality Management Rule for medical licensees would be of some interest.
