Dear Mr. Shelton:
This refers to the inspection conducted by Messrs. S. Stasek and R.-K. Walton
of this office on January 26, 1993, through March 15, 1993. The inspection
included a review of authorized activities for your Davis-Besse Nuclear Power
Station. At the conclusion of the inspection, the findings were' discussed
with those members of your staff identified in the enclosed report.
