This meeting is an enforcement conference to discuss an apparent violation

involving at-power operation of Braidwood Station, Unit 2, with the reactor

head vents inoperable. At the enforcement conference you should be prepared

to address the issues. identified in Inspection Report 50-457/93006(DRP).
