Task Order No.05 Under Contract No. NRC-04-92-045 Entitled "MELCOR BWR Primary System Thermal-Hydraulic Assessment" (Fin-L1972)
In accordance with the task order procedures of the subject contract, this letter definitizes Task Order No. 05.
This effort shall be performed in accordance with the enclosed Statement of Work, the Contractor's revised technical proposal of January 26, 1992 and revised cost proposal of February 18, 1993 and the following telephonic changes of February 18, 1993:
1.) The overhead rate proposed is reduced from 49.86% to 43.43%
2.) The G&A rate proposed is reduced from 9.28% to 5.57%
Task Order No. 05 shall be in effect from March 15, 1993 through December 30, 1993, with a cost ceiling of $73,334.
The amount of $67,279 represents the total estimated reimbursable costs, and the amount of $6,055 represents the fixed fee.
