s NRC-03-89-029 Modification No.'8 Page 2'of 2 The purpose of this modification is to revise the provisional billing rates established in Section G. 1, Indirect Cost Rates, of the subject contract,.
in accordance with the DCAA's audit report dated September 8,_1992.
' Accordingly, the contract is het eby. modified as follows:
Under Section G.1, Indirect Cost Rates (June 1988), paragraph is' deleted in its entirety and the following paragraph is substituted in. lieu thereof:
"a.
Pending the establishing of final indirect rates which'shall be-negotiated based on audit of actual costs, the contractor shall be reimbursed for allowable indirect costs as follows:
Indirect Rate Base Period Overhead 135.88%
Direct Labor 9/29/89 - 6/30/90' 151.55%
Direct Labor 7/1/90 - 9/29/93" All other terms and conditions of the subject contract remain unchanged.
