Modification No. 30 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to provide incremental funding in the amount of $198,000.00, thereby increasing the amount obligated to the contract from $20,910,696.14 to $21,108,696.14. Accordingly, the following change is hereby made:
Section B.2 CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION - COST PLUS FIXED FEE, subparagraph
- c. is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following subparagraph:
"c.
The amount presently obligated by the Government with respect to this contract is $21,108,696.14 (including a fixed fee of
$1,345,788.98)."
All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
