SUBJECT:

CONTRACT NO. NRC-04-91-071, TASK ORDER NO. 1, MODIFICATION NO. 2 TO DE0BLIGATE FUNDS The purpose of this modification is to provide for a downward adjustment of the task order ceiling amount to reflect completion of the subject task order.

Therefore, in accordance with Section G.5, entitled " Task Order Procedures," of the subject contract, this letter definitizes Modification No. 2 to Task Order No. 1.

The cost ceiling associated with performance of Task Order No.1 is hereby decreased from $19,198.00 by 5670.27 to $18,527.73.

The total estimated reimbursable costs in the amount of $17,653.00 is hereby decreased by

$670.27 and the fixed fee in the amount of $1,545.00 remains the same.

A summary of obligations for this task order, from award date through the date of this action is given below:
