19 All Commissioners have approved the order 20 denying AMS's Petition for Review.

from Cynthia Virostek for extension of time in which i

On February the 10 24th, 1993 the Commission had granted the petitioners 11 an extension until March 8th.
12 All Commissioners have approved an order 13 which dismisses the appeal with prejudice and 14 terminates this proceeding because the petitioner 15 failed to perfect her appeal.
