Modification No. I to Task Order No. 09 under Contract No.
NRC-33-92-203 The purpose of this modification is to:
- 1) increase the level of effort as described in the attached Statement of Work, 2) extend the period of performance through April 15, 1993, 3) increase the contract ceiling amount by $12,662.51, and 4) provide incremental funding in the amount of
$10,242.45.
This effort shall be performed in accordance with the Contractor's proposal dated January 21, 1993, which is hereby incorporated into the task order by reference. Accordingly, the following changes are hereby made:
The ceiling amount of this task order is increased by $12,662.51 from
$70,242.45 to $82,904.96.
The amount of $79,716.31 represents the reimbursable cost and the amount of $3,188.65 represents the fixed fee.
The third paragraph of the t.ask order definitization letter is revised to read as follows:
The amount presently obligated with respect to this task order is $82,904.96 of which $79,716.31 represents the reimbursable costs and the amount of
$3,188.65 represents the fixed fee.
When and if the amount (s) paid and l
payable to the Contractor hereunder shall equal the obligated amount, the Contractor shall not be obligated to continue performance of the work unless and until the Contracting Officer shall increase the amount obligated with respect to this task order.
Any work undertaken by the Contractor in excess of the obligated amount specified above is done so at the Contractor's sole risk.
The Contractor shall comply with the provisions of 52.232 !
. Limitation of Cost for this task order.
All other terms and conditions of the subject task order remain unchanged.
Please indicate your acceptance of this Modification No I to Task Order 9 by having an official, authorized to bind.your organization, execute three copies of this document in the space provided and return two copies to the Contract Administrator.
You should retain the third copy for your records.
