PERRY PERFORMANCE EVALUATION TREE

Recent operating experience at Perry including failed fuel, MSIV leakage problems and a service water pipe rupture, in addition to management weaknesses, suggest a decline in performance. My staff has been discussing the possibility of completing a performance evaluation tree for Perry in support of the June '93 Senior Management Meeting. We understand that this effort generally requires 3 people full time for over a week and may not fit into your schedule to complete in time for the pre-brief on April 16, 1993.
We are prepared to provide Beth Wetzel to support your efforts to meet an April 16 deadline, or at least in time to publish in the-SMM book in mid-May..
Beth will be in touch with the Region III performance evaluator to work out the details.
