The purpose of this modification is to incrementally fund the contract by
$200,000 increasing the obligated amount from $471,006 to 671,006.
r Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified as follows:
e Section B.3 is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:
- a. The total estimated cost to the Government for-full performance of this contract during the three year period of performance is $1,254,033, of which the sum of $1,172,184 represents the total estimated' reimbursable.
t costs, and of which $81,849 represents the fixed. fee.

- b. There shall be no adjustment in the amount of the Contractor's fixed fee by reason of differences between any estimate of cost for-performance-of this contract and the actual cost for performance of that work.
- c. The amount presently obligated by the Government with respect to j
this contract is $671,006.
A summary of obligations for this contract, from award date through the date of this action is glven below:
Total FY91 obligation amount $471,006 Total FY92 obligation amount 50 Total FY93 obligation amount $200,000 Cumulative Total of NRC Obligations $671,006.
This modification obligates FY93 funds in the' amount of $200,000.
All other terms and conditions including the ceiling amount of $1,254,033.
