support in the acministration of the NRC's Regulatory Information Conference (RIC). The objective of the RIC is to foster a better uncerstancing of technical issues between industry and the NRC.

C.I.3 SCCPE OF WORK The contractor shall provide support to the NRC in conducting the May 4-5, 1993, Regulatory Information Conference at the Holicay.
Inn Crowne Plaza, Rockville. Maryland.
i The time frame and work to be completed are as follows:

March 1993 - (two days maximum)
F The contractor.shall provide a Conference Coorainatorito meet with the NRC Technical Monitor and the Holiday Inn Crowne Plaza representative concerning participant registration, setup of rooms, and arrangement for final logistics for-l audio-visual requirements.

directly to the Holiday Inn Crowne Plaza to obtain hotel accommodations.
The contractor shall pick'up these I
registration cards from the Holiday Inn Crowne Plaza every Thursday, from March 15 to May 5 -1993. The registration cards will request the attendee to identify the affiliation j
category that describes his position. The. contractor shall' use information provided on the registration cards to provide attendance statistics on participant registration. These.

(e) The Contractor shall proceed promptly with the performance of technical directions duly issued by the Project Officer in the manner prescribed by this clause and within such person's authority under the provisions of this clause.

If, in the opinion of the Contractor, any instruction or direction issued by the Project Officer is within one of the categories as defined in c above, the Contractor shall not proceed
- but shall notify the Contracting Officer in writing within five (5) working days after the receipt of any such~ instruction or direction and shall request the Contracting Officer: to ' modify the contract accordingly. Upon receiving such notification from the Contractor, the Contracting Officer shall issue an appropriate contract modification or advise the Contractor.in writing that, in the Contracting Officer's opinion, the technical direction is l
within the scope of this article and does not constitute a change q
under the Chances Clause.

The Federal Travel Directory (FTD) identifies carriers, contract fares, scheoules, payment concitions, and hotel / motel properties which offer their services and rates to Government contractor personnel traveling on official business under this contract.

(a) The Small Business Administration ~(SBA) has. entered into contract No. NRC-03-9 3- 033 with the NRC to furnish the. supplies or services as described:therein. A copy'of'the contract is attached hereto and made a part. hereof.--
(b) The SOCIOMETRICS, INC.:hereafter referred,to as

subcontractor, agrees and acknowledges as follow:
(1) That it will, for and on'behalfiof the SBA,-fulfill'-
i and perform all of the requireldents of contract No. NRC-03-93-033-for the consideration stated-therein~and that it has' read and is-familiar with each'and every part of the contract.
'i (2) That the SBA has delegated responsibility, except for novation agreement and advance payments, for the administration of this subcontract to the;NRC with complete
.l authority to take any action on behalf of the Government under the terms and conditions of this subcontract.
I (3).That it will not subcontract the performance of.any I
of the requirements of.this. subcontract to any lower tier subcontractor without the prior written approval of the-SBA and j
designated contracting officer of_the NRC.
(4) That it will notify NRC Contracting' Officer in writing immediately upon entering an agreement (either oral or written) to transfer all or part of it's stock or other ownership
