subject task order effective January 27, 1993 with a temporary ceiling of

$20,000.

i In accordance with the task order procedures of the' subject contract, this 1

letter definitizes Task Order No. 7.

This effort shall be performed in accordance with the enclosed Statement of Work and the Contractor's technical proposal dated January 21, 1993 and revised cost proposal dated February 9, 1993.

Task Order No. 7 shall'be in effect from January 27, 1993 through December 30, 1994 with a cost ceiling of $449,996.M.

The amount of

$418,991.00 represents the total estimated reimbursable costs and the amount of $31,005.00 represents the fixed fee.

The obligated amount shall, at no time, exceed the task order ceiling.

When and if the amount (s) paid and payable to the Contractor hereunder shall equal the obligated amount, the Contractor shcIl not be obligated to continue performance of the work unless and unt'. the Contracting Officer shall increase the amount obligated with respect to this task order.

Any work undertaken by the Contractor in excess of the obligated. amount specified above is done so at the Contractor's sole risk.
