c Contract No. NRC-02-81-039 Modification No. 16 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modificetion is to deobligate excess funds due to the-refund of the contractor based on the audit of the actual cost. The contractor has completed all requirements requested by the Government at a total cost of $168,589.00. The Government has paid the contractor $168,589.00 for all services rendered. Accordingly, the contract is modified as follows: Article IV - Compensation for Services, paragraph B, is hereby modified to - read as follows: B. The ceiling price to the Government for performance of the work specified in Article I is reduced by $515.14 from $169,104.14 to $168,589.00 All other terms and conditions under this contract remain unchanged.
