1 The purpose of this modification is.o change ~the key personnel under Section H.1, Key Personnel (JUNE 1988) in accordance with the Contractor's December 30, 1992 letter offer. Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified to read as follows:
Under Section H.1, paragraph a., Key Personnel (JUNE 1988), is delhted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:
"a.
The following individuals are considered to essential to the sucessful performance of the work hereunder:
Ndy Otuonye-Otis and Gregory K. Washington j
The Contractor agrees that such personnel shall not be removed from the contract work or replaced without compliance with paragraphs b and c hereof."
