Dear Mr. Housholder:
i This refers to your letter dated March 15, 1993, concerning.the safety _of packagings manufactured prior to March 4, 1993.
The information provided in your letter is adequate and a briefing on the.

safety of previously manufactured packagings.is not required. The six packagings presently being held may be released.
Please note that other. items:
in confirmatory action letters dated March 4,1993, and March 12, 1993, remain in effect.
Your Quality Assurance Program, dated March 24, 1993, is under review and will be addressed independent of the confirmatory action letters.
Pursuant to Section 182 of the Atomic Energy Act, 42 U.S.C. 2232, you are required to:
- 1) Notify me immediately if your understanding differs from that set.
