Safeguards Plan Revision Per my telecon with you on March 19, enclosed is a draft of proposed changes to Siemens Power Corporation's (SPC) safeguards plan (EMF-12). The revised sections are as follows:
1.0 Organization thru 1.3 Training Program 4.5.1.2.2 Analytical Measurements thru 4.6.1 Custody of Records and Reports.
5.0 Physical Inventory thru 5.12.2 Verification Measurements I have marked the changes in red to make it easier for you to compare the revisions to our current plan. Please give me a call with any questions you might have.
