We request a delay in the due date for submission of the decommissioning funding plan according to 10CFR70.22(a)(9) for our license number SNM-362 until the end of April,1993. We are currently attempting to design the plan in accord with Regulatory Guide 3.66 and with NUREG/CR-1754.
