SUBJECT:

CRGR MEETING NO. 237 The Committee to Review Generic Requirements (CRGR) will meet on Monday, March 1, 1993, in Room 1-F5 OWFN.

The agenda is as follows:

2:00 - 5:00 p.m.

The CRGR will discuss the staff's response to CRGR conclusions and recommendations from Meeting No.

234 regarding a final amendment to 10 CFR Part 72, which would add the Pacific Sierra Nuclear VSC-24 to the list of approved designs for dry storage of spent

_L fuel at power reactor sites. NMSS, RES and NRR have been requested to support the discussions at the Office Director / Deputy Office Director level.

(The review package is Item No. 95 and was distributed to members on 2/25/93.)

If a CRGR member cannot attend the meeting, it is his responsibility to assure that an alternate, who is approved by the CRGR Chairman, attends the meeting.

Persons making presentations to the CRGR are responsible for (1) assuring that the information required for CRGR review is provided to the Committee (CRGR Charter - IV.B), (2) coordinating and presenting views of other offices, (3) as appropriate, assuring that other offices are represented during the presentation, and (4) assuring that agenda modifications are coordinated with the CRGR contact (J. Conran - 492-9855) and others involved with the presentation.

Division Directors or higher management should attend meetings addressing agenda items under the purview.
