I am responding to your letter to the Chairman dated March 2,1993, concerning the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Technical Position on Alternate Concentration Limits. We are presently considering your request for an opportunity to comment on the final draft of this document before it is issued as an NRC Final Technical Position and will inform you of our decision.
