" Criteria for Seismic and Geologic Siting of Nuclear Power. Plants;" and draft Standard Review Plan, section 2.5.2, " Vibratory Ground Motion."
On behalf of the Haddam Neck Plant' and Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Unit Nos. 1, 2, and 3, CYAPC0 and NNEC0 have reviewed these documents and together l
with Yankee Atomic Electric Company (YAEC), have' developed comments on these drafts. CYAPCO, NNEC0, and YAEC collaborated to develop detailed comments and '
corresponding alternate proposals for these draft documents'. CYAPC0 and NNECO firmly support the comments which have been transmitted by YAEC under separate cover on these issues and believe that these proposals will better serve 'the nuclear industry relative to seismic issues.
