In accordance with 10 CFR 50.90, we are enclosing.a requested amendment to Licenses DPR-77 and DPR-79 to change the TSs of SQN Units 1 and 2.
The proposed change provides a footnote to Action Statement 3.6.3.b and t
to Table 3.6-2 for considering SQN's acuum relief valves as deactivated.

The immediate corrective action in the referenced LER involved a temporary compensatory measure that remains in effect for both units.

obviate the need for these cc.apensatory measures. TVA requests a 45-day implementation period for this TS change following issuance.
