This is to inform the Commission of the implementation of Amendment No. 78 to the Callaway Plant Facility Operating License No. NPF-30.
The amendment revises Technical Specifications 4.0.3, 4.0.4 and their associated bases to incorporate changes as recommended in Generic Letter 87-09.
The amendment has been issued to all controlled Technical Specification holders and became effective on the date of issuance, March 10, 1993.
