REVIEW 0F FITNESS-FOR-DUTY CONCERN AT FERMI 2
This refers to the inspection conducted by Mr. G. L. Pirtle of this office
between March 2 and 16, 1993. This inspection included a review of authorized
activities for your Fermi 2 facility. On March 16, 1993, the inspection
results were discussed with those members of your staff identified in the
enclosed report.

Areas examined during the inspection are identified in the report.

violations of NRC requirements were identified during the course of the
inspection. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective
examinations of procedures, representative records, and interviews of

In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of
