In a letter dated December 4, 1992,5 the NRC Staff transmitted the results of
several
inspections associated with the steam generator replacement at
Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Unit No. 2.
The Staff identified two
Severity Level
V violations regarding nondestructive examination
(NDE)
The first violation was associated with the
