SUMMARY
This notice is to advise the public of the issuance of a Final Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and j
I the State of Maryland.
The MOU provides the basis for mutually agreeable i
procedures whereby the State of Maryland may utilize the NRC Emergency Response Data System (ERDS) to receive data during an emergency at a commercial nuclear i
power plant in Maryland. Public comments were addressed in conjunction with 2Ae MOU with the State of Michigan published in the Federal Reaister Vol. 57, No. 28, February 11, 1992.
