Conditions of Licenses, Property Insurance Gentlemen:
With respect to onsite property damage insurance, the subject NRC requirement states that:
"The licensee shall report to the NRC on April 1 of each year the current levels of this insurance or financial security it maintains and the sources of this insurance or financial security."
The following property insurance coverage is in effect at Waterford 3:
INSURANCE POLICY LIMIT Nuclear Mutual Limited
$500,000,000 American Nuclear Insurers
$800,000,000 and Mutual Atomic Energy Liability Underwriters Nuclear Electric
$1,325,000,000 Insurance Limited The total primary and excess property limits maintained for Waterford 3 is
$2.625 billion.
