This acknowledges the receipt of your letter of February 16, 1993, which transmitted a revision to the Commercial Nuclear Fuel Division's Fuel Fabrication Facility Plant's Physical Security Plan dated October 1992.

Our review of the changes has found them to be consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 70.32(e). Accordingly, they are acceptable for inclusion into the i
plan.
Your letter states that you were unable to confirm that the security plan I
dated October 1, 1992, was received by Region II when it was originally mailed. As discussed on March 16, 1993, during a teleconference between Mr.
A. T. Sabo of your office and Ms. O. Masnyk of this Region, we did not receive j
this plan previously.
In accordance with Section 2.790(d) of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, activities involving safeguards and i
security measures are exempt from public disclosures; therefore,-your submittal will not be placed in the Public Document Room.
