y In accordar.ce with the task order procedures of the subject contract, this i
letter definitizes Task Order No. 6.
This effort shall be performed in accordance with the enclosed Statement of Work and the Contractor's technical proposal dated January 22, 1993.
The effective date of this task i
order shall be February 10, 1993.
Task Order No. 6 shall be in effect from February 10, 1993 through December i
31, 1993 with a cost ceiling of $106,527.00.
The amount of $99,187.00-represents the total estimated reimbursable costs and the amount of
$7,340.00 represents the fixed fee.
The obligated amount shall, at no time, exceed the task order ceiling.
When and if the amount (s) paid and payable to the Contractor hereunder shall equal the obligated amount, the Contractor shall not be obligated to i
continue performance of the work unless and until. the Contracting Officer i
shall increase the amount obligated with respect to this task order.
Any work undertaken by the Contractor in excess of the obligated amount specified above is done so at the Contiactor's sole risk.
