The purpose of this modification is to: (1) provide incremental funding in the amount of $20,000, thereby increasing the obligated amount from $6,300 to $26,300; and (2) change the name of the Project Officer.
l Accordingly, the following changes are hereby made:
lf 1.
Under Section B - Supplies or Services and Prices / Costs, Paragraph B.4.b. - Consideration and Obligation--Delivery Orders is hereby deleted in its entirety and substituted in lieu thereof the following:
"B.4 CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION--DELIVERY ORDERS b.
The amount presently obligated with respect to this contract is $26,300._ The Contracting Officer may issue orders for work up to the amount presently obligated. This obligated amount may be unilaterally increased from time to time by the Contracting Officer
_i by written modification to this contract. The obligated amount shall, at no time, exceed the contract ceiling as specified in paragraph "a" above. When and if the amount (s) paid and payable to the_ Contractor i
hereunder shall equal the obligated amount, the Contractor shall not be i
obligated to continue performance of the work unless and until the Contracting Officer shall increase the amount obligated with respect to this contract. Any work undertaken by the Contractor in excess of the

"A summary of obligations for this contract, from award date through the date of this actio is given below:
