On November 3,1992, Braidwood Unit 1 completed its third refueling outage.
Actions regarding the following items were completed during this outage:
NRC TAC # M72114 1.E.Bulletin 88-11 Pressurizer Surge Line Thermal Stratification, NRC TAC # M74549 Containment Hydrogen Monitoring System Modifications.
NRC acceptance of CECO's actions and schedule regarding these modifications is documented in references a) and b) respectively.
