This refers to the enforcement conference conducted on March 4, 1993, at the Region IV office in Arlington, Texas, concerning activities authorized by NRC License DPR-46 for the Cooper Nuclear Station. The meeting was attended by those on the attached Attendance List. The subjects discussed at this meeting are described in the enclosed meeting summary.
It is our opinion that this meeting was beneficial and has provided a better understanding of the apparent violations identified in NRC Inspection Report 50-298/93-06 and your corrective actions.
