60 gyggy This matter is before us on a Petition for Late Intervention and Request for Hearing by the Citizens for Fair Utility Regulation ("CFUR").
Because we have tentatively scheduled a meeting to consider issuance of the full power license for Comanche Peak Unit 2 on March 15, 1993, responses to this Petition should be expedited.
Therefore, we direct the Texas Utilities Electric Company to file its response so that it is in the Commission's hands by the c.o.b.
on Thursday, February 25, 1993, and the NRC Staff to file its response so that it is in the Commission's hands by the c.o.b. Wednesday, March 3, 1993.
