RESPONSIBILITIES UNDER 10 CFR PART 21, 10 CFR 50.72, AND 10 CFR 50.73 WITH RESPECT TO LITIGATIONS The NRC is aware of a complaint filed in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, concerning steam generators supplied by Westinghouse Electric Corporation for the Trojan Nuclear Plant.
The NRC has no position on the merits of the complaint, however, we remind you of your responsibilities under 10 CFR Part 21,10 CFR 50.72 and 10 CFR 50.73 for the review, evaluation, and reporting to NRC of defects in safety-related equipment, material and services which may be identified by you at any time.
This include. any such information you become aware of thr ugh the review and discovery process related to this complaint.
