The Commission
- was briefed by members of the ACNW on the following topics:
Significant Issues in the High Level Repository Program; 2
and Issues Raised:
The Energy Policy Act of.391, Section 801.
The Commission expressed their desire that the ACNW continue with their efforts to bring to the Commission's attention any potential problems in the high-level waste area.
