4 The purpose of this modification is to correct the contract ceiling for the base year and provide incremental funding in the amount of $20,000.

Accordingly the contract is hereby modified as follows

.i Section B.4 - CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION - DELIVERY ORDERS - (June 1988) paragraphs a and b are deleted in their entirety and replaced with the following:
