Big Rock Point, Docket No. 50-155 Braidwood, Docket Nos. 50-456; 50-457 Callaway, Docket No. 50-483 Davis-Besse, Docket No. 50-346 Fermi, Docket No. 50-341 Kewaunee, Docket No. 50-305 Perry, Docket No. 50-440 On February 10, 1993, the NRC administered a Generic Fundamentals Examination (GFE) section of the written operator licensing examination to employees of your facility.
Enclosed with this letter is a copy of the examination answer key for forms "A" and "B",
the grading results for your facility, and copies of the individual answer sheets for each of the applicants taking the examination from your facility.
Please forward the results to the individuals along with the copf es of their answer sheets. A "P" in the column labeled FINAL GRADE indicates that the individual achieved a passing grade of 80 percent or better on the GFE.
Those individuals having an "F" in the FINAL GRADE column failed the examination.
