REVISION 20 TO THE COOPER NUCLEAR STATION EMERGENCY PLAN We have received your letter dated February 19, 1993, which transmitted Revision 20 to the Cooper Nuclear Station Emergency Plan. The plan revision was submitted pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(q) and involved changes in an Emergency Action Level for the Notification of Unusual Event classification. We have reviewed the changes and have determined that they are acceptable and do not degrade the effectiveness of your emergency planning at the Cooper Nuclear Station.
