SOUTH TEXAS PROJECT SEMIANNUAL FITNESS FOR DUTY PROGRAM PERFORMANCE REPORT I
l JULY 1, 1992 THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 1992 In the second half of 1992, there was an increase in personnel at the South Texas Project (STP) due to the fourth refueling outage for Unit 1.
This personnel increase resulted in a higher number of random tests conducted during the reporting period.
During this six month period, there were 1,605 tests i
l conducted on
- licensee, long-term contractor and short-term contractor employees with a total of eighteen failures.
Of the eighteen positive tests one individual tested positive for two substances which resulted in 19 total confirmations.
