regarding the use of Thermo-Lag fire barrier protection material.
i The Commission is committed to ensuring the proper closure of the issues associated with the use of this material and we are working on responses to your questions.
Due to the complexities of the regulatory issues, the presence of legal issues, and the amount of information collected regarding the use of Thermo-Lag, we will need several days beyond the February 5 date you specified in your request to respond.
