REQUEST FOR ENFORCEMENT HEARING This letter refers to your telephone conversations with Ms. Linda Kasner of my staff on February 25 and 26, 1993, regarding your request to meet with NRC representatives to discuss the Order Imposing Civil Monetary Penalty issued to Capital Materials Testing, Inc. (CMT) on February 3, 1993.
As was discussed with you on February 26, 1993, NRC has agreed to meet with you to discuss the corrective actions taken by CMT following NRC's October 6-7, 1992, inspection and your concerns regarding the subsequent enforcement action taken by NRC.
As you agreed during the aforementioned conversation, NRC will delay processing your request for a hearing until after the meeting has been conducted.
You will be contacted in the near future to discuss a proposed date for the meeting.
