1993 (Ruling on Applicant's Motion to Compel Discovery), the parties have agreed to the following schedule 1

interrogatories specified in paragraph no.1 of the order on or before March 19, 1993; and l
Intervenor will respond to all of the other interrogatories which are.the subject of Applicant's Motion to Compel 60 days prior to the applicable deadlines for discovery (currently set at September 3,
1993 for technical issues, and July 11, 1994 for environmental issues, but these discovery deadlines are subject to change in the future.)
