- This is to apprise you of Westinghouse organizational changes directly related to management at the Columbia Fuel Fabrication Facility.
Mr. Ronald H. Koga, formerly Columbi'a Plant Manager, has been promoted to General Manager of the Commercial Nuclear Fuel Division, reporting to Mr. Mead D'Amore, the General Manager of Nuclear Manufacturing Divisions.
Mr. James A.
Fici,, formerly Manager of Materials, Planning and Control at the Columbia Fuel Fabrication Facility, has been promoted to Columbia Plant Manager.
Both Mr.
Koga and Mr.
Fici are currently scheduled to remain stationed at Columbia.
These, and ancillary Westinghouse organizational changes, will be reflected in the next formal updates of relevant safety and safeguards licensing documents.
