Waterford 3 SES Docket No. 50-382 Backup Emergency Operations Facility and Emergency News Center Gentlemen:
Entergy Operations, Inc. is vacating the building located at 317 Baronne Street in New Orleans.
In consequence of this action, the Waterford 3 BackupEmergencyOperationsFacility(EOF)andtheEmergencyNewCenter (ENC) will be moved to new locations in the New Orleans area. The Backup EOF will be moved to 142 Delaronde Street and the ENC will be moved to 225 Baronne Street.
Both of these moves will take place during the last week of March.
The plan to move the Backup EOF and the ENC is being provided for your information. These moves do not decrease the effectiveness of the Emergency Plan based on a 10CFR50.54(q) review. We will submit a letter within 30 days after the change is made per the requirements of 10CFR50.54(q).
